Sydney 2 Melbourne 3

Well, we lost the game, but we certainly weren't embarrassed. 2 goals down, (one scored when Middleby was one the ground with a broken collarbone, the other a contoversial penalty) plus what was a reasonable sending off of Mark Rudan: all of which happened in the first 15 minutes. However, for the rest of the game, 10 man Sydney at least equaled Melbourne, and probably deserved more than a 3-2 loss out of it. I hope Fred (hehe, Fred) and Cacaeras get suspended or something, for some off the ball elbowing. Massive crowd of 39 000 at Melbourne. Entertaining game, great for the league.
