2. Started in November 1918. The whole German revolution continued into 1919. It started pretty much as a people's uprising - a demand for "peace and bread". It resulted in the abdication of the Kaiser and (finally) the institution of the flawed (and almost doomed to failure from the beginning, because of the way the military pinned the defeat on the democrats) Weimar republic.

As to more important things ... are you and your father going to attend TWIST this year? Are you going to try to convince some of the others to come this time? I thought I'd make the attempt (again) to get a group of 10 or more together (between St Clements and Parramatta City Presbyterian) to try to benefit from the small discount for earlybird groups.
